Gymnast’s 2012 Fundraising Attempt

Aasha Kimpton, a young gymnast from Islington is attempting to complete 2012 somersaults in the 1st two months of 2012. Aasha, aged 12 is aiming to raise money for the Joanna Brown Trust, who have in turn, supported her with the costs of her sport over the last 3 years. Aasha, a Sport Islington grant recipient and an Islington Sporting Future candidate was inspired to attempt this challenge by Richard Brown (of the Joanna Brown Trust), who has entered the 2012 New York Marathon. Aasha, who passes by the Olympic stadium everyday on her way to training is aiming to raise £250 for Joanna Brown Trust, supported projects.
