The Wells Sports Foundation have opened a new community sports club grant scheme that is seeking to increase and sustain participation in sport. Clubs should have obtained or be working towards obtaining Clubmark status (or National Governing Body equivalent). Islington Council Local Initiatives Fund The grant scheme is designed for community projects in each of the borough’s 16 wards. The funding recipients are recommended by local ward councillors.
